The goal of choosing a spiritual coach or spiritual mentor is to have someone help you discover where spiritual richness is in your life. What feeds your soul and brings you joy? Is it in music or art? Or maybe you find a quiet magical place when you are meditating, doing yoga, or tai chi.
Many times people don't feel connected because they haven't found where to find their spiritual nourishment. Say you are at the ocean watching the surf and the dolphins dancing. It's at these times, you don't realize, but that's your spiritual moment.
I help people recognize spirituality in their own life. As a spiritual mentor, I hold space for a person's innate wisdom and spiritual transformation to happen.
As background, I studied four years of consciousness studies, becoming a licensed Spiritual Counselor in 1996. I became a Master Practitioner in 2008, and in 2021 I received the designation of Emeritus Practitioner with the Centers for Spiritual Living. I enjoy the spiritual pathway, use of thought, affirmations, meditation, and the tools of a positive mindset to create a better quality of life. For the last 15 years, I have also studied healing energy work. My goals are to help my clients in ways that are appropriate for them.
