Return/Cancellation/Refund Policy
Our utmost goal is to have happy clients and we work witho ur clients in the scheduling of appointments that are mutually convenient. In the event of unexpected illness or work travel, On Track Success Coaching will gladly cancel and reschedule a coaching session when a client provides us with 24 hours notice.
Because our coaching services and teleclasses are consumed at the time and point of delivery, we regret that we cannot offer refunds.

Although we mostly offer services and electronic information products, in the event that shipping of a physical product is required, the preferred shipping method will be selected and paid for by the client.
